The Decline of Available Labor

In the past 5 years, the National Unemployment rate has decreased from 7.6% to 3.9%. In that time, Illinois has been trending at a higher rate, currently at 4.4%, yet Wisconsin is trending even lower at 2.8%.

The US Department of Labor recently announced that Unemployment has set an 18+ year low at 3.8% in May 2018.
